We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team and support the IT projects across the business.

As part of our Change Delivery Project Team you will be part of a dynamic Change Team working across multiple projects within the business. Your experience in all facets of Business Analysis will include Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and will highlight your problem-solving and creative skills.
More about You
Your experience in a Retail or FMCG environment will be highly favourable, however we are keen to meet with experienced Business Analysts who can demonstrate key BA skills and strong communication ability as stakeholder engagement is an integral part of this role.
Reporting to our Senior Business Analyst you will be a part of a collaborative and supportive team, who love to roll their sleeves up and see their work in action. As Business Analyst you will get involved in;
- Analysing business processes and systems to ensure they are delivering efficient solutions and meeting functional specifications to ensure the development of business solutions that meet both current and future needs.
- Supporting project teams to drive initiatives from conceptualisation to go-live
- Leveraging strong understanding of business processes and requirements to ensure project teams can deliver quality outcomes, on time and within budget
- Gathering, validating and prioritising business requirements and non-functional requirements
- Supporting project teams on; end-to-end integration mapping; solution design and process re-engineering to meet project objectives; and test planning and execution, and service transition.
- Supporting analysis and assessment of current and future technology capability requirements to enable the business to run more efficiently, flexibly and improve stakeholder outcomes
More About You;
- You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working as a BA in a in multiple medium scaled (1 – 2 years, $1M - $5M project budget) be qualified in LEAN or Six Sigma
- Have had experience working with technology projects such as new POS or ERP implementation
- You will have Retail, Supply Chain, Ecommerce, or Merchandise Industry experience (ideally)
- You love to build rapport with other team members and demonstrate forward-thinking and awareness of business requirements and needs.
- Have effective requirements elicitation and process mapping techniques
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communications and engagement skills in small and large group, (7+)
- Experience in all facets of Business Analysis including Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Outstanding end to end project delivery experience and ability to juggle multiple projects
- Enjoys problem-solving with creative out-of-the-box approach
- Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work
