About the role: 

Our Sales Assistants are core to our stores' performance and are the reason our customers come back! Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, working to reach individual and store sales targets and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators), visual merchandising, stock control, opening and closing the store, cash handling and more!

Who you are:

• 1-2 Years retail experience
• Confident in selling product and demonstrating featuers and benefits
• Have confidence to approach customers and make a difference
• Demonstrate a passion for the product and convert to sales
• Are reliable and mature with a strong ambition to progress their retail career
• Contribute to creating a collaborative, fun and results driven team environment
• LOVE shoes and providing the best customer service to your shoppers!
• Experience working in customer-facing roles and building relationships
• Truly enjoy working fast-paced retail environment to achieve your targets
• A reliable and mature person who will always help the team out!
