We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Assistant Manager to join our brand new Mathers Warringah Mall store!


About the role: 

Our Managers are the core of our business and play a pivotal role in assisting to drive store success by leading the team to provide world-class customer service and delivering on sales and KPIs. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, reporting on business metrics, visual merchandising, inventory control, performance management and selling!!


 We are looking for people who:

  • Contribute to creating a collaborative, fun and results driven team environment
  • Confident and able to follow and promote our new sales direction
  • Have proven leadership skills within a similar role.
  • Demonstrated passion for Sales and Customer Service
  • Strong work ethics, reliable and a team player
  • Motivated by the challenge of driving sales to reach targets, and the ability to motivate a team to do so.
  • Has basic computer knowledge and an attention to detail
  • A reliable and mature character with strong ambition to progress your retail career.
