An exciting new opportunity exists to manage the end to end social media activity across leading footwear brands.

The ideal candidate is a social media native who lives and breathes all things social. You'll have 2 – 3 years of experience growing brands on multiple social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram, and are looking for your next challenge.

This role will see you own and execute the social media strategy across multiple brands, with the opportunity to start with a blank canvas! These brands are hungry and ready to grow into other digital channels as the business moves forward.

Reporting to the Digital Manager, you'll work in a close knit marketing team alongside Brand Managers and creatives to plan and develop engaging and shareable content relevant to each individual brand and customer.

In this role you'll be required to:

  • Manage a social content calendar for a minimum of 4 retail brands, scheduling and posting as required
  • Interact and respond to customer queries through social media channels as needed
  • Meet growth targets around engagement, reach and website conversions
  • Provide reports and insights on activity and adapt the plan accordingly

In this standalone social media role the successful candidate must have:

  • Tertiary qualification in media / marketing / communications
  • Must have previous social media experience
  • 2 – 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience with tools such as Hoot Suite, Facebook Ad Manager, Facebook Business Manager
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop
  • Analytical skills & working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Stakeholder management skills

Experience within a retail or ecommerce business is preferred but not essential.
